I don't think Dracula could do a damn thing to Cyborg. On the other hand, Dracula can also turn into mist and stuff, so it's going to be equally as hard for Cyborg to do anything to him if Drac decides to fight smart.
I like how you said Dracula has rats and wolves on standby though. This guy had a friggin castle on the moon, he could have more then just those things on standby.
