Who are DC's Most Haxxed characters?
I'll add some:
Black Alice: Can steal any mystic power and take it for herself.
Professor Q: Intelligence knows no limits and she can create stuff on the fly at FTL speeds!
Devlin O'Ryan: Can reflect any attack on it's attacker. As seen here with Mordru.
Nemesis Kid: Develops powers to beat any opponent.
Fate (Behind Superdemon): Immune to all magic and indestructible.
Alexander Luthor Jr.: Probably the smartest being in the DC Multiverse. Able to save countless destroyed planets on the fly after defeating Omega Man. Also brought back the Multiverse in Infinite Crisis.
Quiz: He possesses every power you have never thought of.
Chimera: Can take on the powers of his opponents and adapt to nearly every opponent.

Constantine: Master preper.

When I read all the lead-ups to INFINITE CRISIS and then INFINITE CRISIS itself, when it got to Alexander was the one behind it all to bring back the multiverse, I was all, "Holy ****."
Though, since DC had shown to still have a multiverse prior to this, I guess it was the classic multiverse. shrug
I love Fate and all, but seriously the guy can be taken down by a tranq dart. Admittedly it needs enough poison to take down a herd of elephants and it still took a while to work. Also hes not so much indestructible as has ridiculous regeneration, and was after all killed by his own knife (he was also seriously hurt a few times)
Lol @ Professor Q. She's got, what, a dozen panels in her entire existence? Monarchy lasted less time than some of my lengthier trips to the can. If we're basing it on the 1-2 feats a character has, sure, she's ok here. But I'm not really certain we can say much about her. She's also Wildstorm. Technically DC, but tangentially so.
It's comics, though, so stupid stuff like this exists everywhere.

Surprised he missed Duplicate Boy. The Hero of Lallor is basically a one boy Legion, and the mold for power copiers.
