I give it to the Predator based on his ability to cloak. He can pick Blade off with his plasma canon.

Even in cloaking mode the pred loses. If arnold tanks a plasma blast, so does Blade cept easier. After the pred gives up it's location it's just a matter of time before it dies.

Whether it makes sense or not, that's the scenario
