SA Mangog wins quite eaily 10/10

Mordern Day Mangog would give Thanos complete hell, Mangog 6/10

Interesting....not to change the contestants but isn't Mangog supposed to be basically equal with Odin?

Good fight... Could go either way really if SA Mangog... If it's more recent showings Thanos wins. Lets' remember Mangog knew who his daddy was when they attacked Asgard. He was taking orders from Thanos. When he got a little uppity Thanos put him in his place and he shut up. Seems like he knew where he stood in the pecking order.

I'm giving this a split or a majority to Thanos but Mangog did explain why he took orders from Thanos.

Ummm not really, if he was more powerful than Thanos, he would be ordering him around. There's a pecking order to things usually. Especially a beast like Mangog who knows little else but conflict. WE're not talking about a genius here who's the weakest but can lead with intelligence. Mangog knows only one way and if he believed he was stronger or more powerful he would've acted like it and not been put in his place like a feeb

He tells you right there in the scan why he is listening to Thanos. This had nothing to do with power, this leaned more on "same goals". Why beat up on a person that is willing to help you achieve similar results?

So what are Mangog's mental defenses like?

But that was a stronger clone of Thanos anyway. Assuming that it was Thanos, and assuming Mangog apologizes because he will get beat in a fight then wouldn't that bring Mangog stock down. It's makes a lot of sense now. Thor was able to one shot Mangog, therefore Mangog is beatable by high heralds.

Because Thanos was the boss. Why not? He is the smarter of the two. Mangog needed Thanos. He knows he can't accomplish taking down Asgard on his own.

Depends. That particular Mangog would probably lose after making Thanos wish he were fighting champion. S.A.Mangog would win no doubt.

He was a threat to Odin but was was never a equal.
