Yes I just can`t remember the circumstances.And am not about to plow through issues to find it.But I do remember quasar with this rembnent of the Star Brand.Talking to oblivion and Mealstrom,and somehow infinity after a confrence with the 4 major powers.got Quasar back to the land of the living,but eon had to stay dead!

The one with Eternity/Infinity/Death/Oblivion happened during Cosmos in Collision. Quasar wasn't nullified then. Just dead. Eon had to stay dead but Quasar and his friends were allowed to come back.

The second time (with him talking to Oblivion) he really was nullified. It happened during Infinity War when Magus with the IG turned the UN on Quasar as he was firing it. Quasar was nullified, his nullified form killed by his Death Avatar (Kid Reaper), which sent him to the White Room with Eon, then even his White Room form was annihilated by the Blue Marvel doppelganger created by Thanos. Yet the power of Starbrand (even though it was only a fraction) recreated his body and he came back to life.

RIP Classic Starbrand 🙁

The power of the un depends on the mental capacity of the one using it,reed richards will nullify anything he can fully comprehend. Someone like galactus would nullify anything short of living tribunal.

He was nullified, his Death Avatar (that Oblivion summoned) 'killed' him, then Blue Marvel destroyed him again in the White Room and he still came back to life.
