This is one of the most peculiar comicbook movie related threads I have ever seen, so you definitely get points for originality. Poison immunity won't help either Ivy or Viper against Mary's powers (She doesn't poison you. She literally causes things to wither and die). But there is also nothing to suggest that Mary can survive both their poisons. So everyone dies. 😐
