Who wins?

Kenichi from when he beat Kajima or some other point in time? If from the end of his manga, then it's possible he could win; better strength and endurance. Speed in such a case would probably go to So Chun, but Kenichi is at least able to see the blows of grand master class fighters in his series, so his reflexes should make up for it.

Do you think he's faster then Shou Kano?

Human shield at the end makes him pretty close to bullet time, since he had to intercept a stream of bullets with his arm. (And chest, but it's impossible to tell if he ran into place before the shooting.)

I think he's faster than any disciple in HSDK in terms of sheer movement speed.

Well, like you said, Kenichi could see his masters movements. And that was before mastering the Ryuusei Seikuken, which is kind of a precognitive cheat.

Not 100% sure if he's fast enough to lay a finger on him, though.

If he can land blows on Sho Kano and Kajima, both of whom are pretty damn fast for disciple class fighters, I think he can land hits on So Chun. After all, Kajima's reflexes were enough to let him barely dodge an attack from a grand master class fighter (albeit Mihai wasn't doing it seriously) and Kenichi can duke it out with him.
