What level is DE Luke?

I've seen people have very different interpretations of his power, some claiming he would lose to Dooku while others claiming he surpassed Sidious. What is his real standing?

Somewhere between Vader and Sidious. Certainly above Dooku.

He's better than Dooku, yeah. He's still a tier below Sidious, though, just like the rest.
