Unless Marvel changed their minds and we all missed it, MK is still "just" a peak human. Good reaction feats don't change that. The moon powers are still off, afaik.
Prep, you know as well as I do that top streets aren't new to dodging bullets, even after they've been fired. Grayson is fast as hell - we don't even have to look for feats, as the very recent ones prove it.

Yes, but he had a bullet timing feat, which I don't think Grayson has. Now, I'm not saying either stomps, because I think this would be a good fight.
Let's take off current MK and use standard MK, with gadgets and enhanced abilities. Do you see this going the other way?
