I think this belongs here, since anything Dragon Ball related goes back to the anime/manga. Anyway, how powerful is he? I'd put him firmly on the same level as SSJG Goku.

He isn't on God's level. It was said that Bill could destroy him whereas even though Bill was holding back power against Goku, it was only a small portion. Then, Super Saiyan 3 Goku defeated him. No way is he on Beerus level when we see Beerus taking out SS3 Goku with a touch.
