His highs are pretty got darn high. If you average his showings, the guy is a monster.

i have the whole fight somewhere but haven't seen it in a while. it is crystal clear that nova intimidated the sh!t out of blastarr in that meeting. it's...not even arguable. and by feats, rich>>>blastarr. again, it isn't even arguable....

Even though Nova couldn't harm him beforehand? Then he had the Rod (that Nova was able to control by the way). He didn't fear Nova. Not in the least. No need to find the scans because I will post it.

What makes you say Nova is above Blaastar? Blaastar showings against elites are legit. What fights are you talking about with Nova that gives you this perception of him being above Blaastar?

I think it says enough about Blastaar that nobody bothers to learn how to actually spell his name.

if he has the ccr he's better. without it, he really isn't anything special at all. he would be a high tier high meta imo. i don't see him beating someone like simon or namor for a majority. someone a little more versatile like vision would definitely take him down....
