Demigra also avoided Beerus' attacks, and he wasn't even in physical form. He also hadn't transformed. Also, when Demigra did transform, it took all the powers of the CaC and the Z fighters (Including Goku, Gohan, and Vegeta) to defeat him, and in the other ending, SSJ3 Goku and the CaC barely beat Demigra.
The CaC is slightly weaker then transformed Demigra, at least I put Demigra at SSJG Goku level, but I actually think he's in the gap between SSJG Goku and Beerus while transformed, as he was able to control SSJ3 Gotenks, Kid Buu, Super Buu, and Mystic Gohan. As I stated earlier, he tried to control Beerus, but failed.
Also, I'd like to add that in a Parallel Quest, Whis said this: "Wow, you're incredibly powerful! Would you like to replace Lord Beerus as the God of Destruction after he kicks the bucket?". He only says this if you pick your created character, who is canonically a Saiyan, according to the game's own canon, and in a Story mission, you take on Whis and Beerus at the same time, in which Whis is again surprised by the CaC's power.
