Absorbing Man would likely fall over then absorb the optic blast's properties and be like the living laser or something like that.

The rest would likely be knocked over. The blast is supposedly only concussive; no other heat, radiation or fancy energy things to worry about.

-The Atom, in the smallest size - If he still has mass, would be knocked the **** out.
-Absorbing Man - Would transform in an energy being composed of Cyclops's blast energy.
-Sandy Hawkins's silicon-based body - I don't know why silicon wouldn't be mulched by the blast.
