ESB Vader is kind of an unknown skill wise imo.

It should be ROTJ for best possible fight!

I'd say team 1 for the most part. While they're all on the same tier skill wise (or at least near it), Windu is lacking in force power in comparison to the Sith. Vader can ragdoll him and Dooku's power factors into his victory over Mace as well. Maul can give either Sith a good fight, but Mace can't compete with Vader at all in the force and Dooku's telekinesis should give him an edge over Mace.
