However, the fat-seeker seems to share some of the problems that have plagued diet pills in the past – drug safety. It appeared to cause some dehydration, a moderate drop in the monkeys’ phosphorus and potassium levels and small kidney lesions in some. Those effects disappeared after the drug was discontinued, but obviously the researchers still need to tinker with the drug structure before human trials. And hopefully, they can come up with an oral version to save us from injections too!

Until then, it’s good-old diet, exercise"

Okay, let's make one thing clear.

It being a safe drug, is not part of my argument.

I'm interested in results pertaining specifically to fat-loss.

The risks are merely there to provide for me a thrill.

Just smoke crack.

I didn't notice the edit:

"After running 3 vials of Follistatin 344, I conclude the stuff is bunk for us humans. There were no extra gains to speak of, and no added fat loss on top of what I was already taking. Safe to say folks, no need to waste your money on the stuff. Hard to say how others running logs have claimed 10lbs in 10 days. Maybe they got some other harsh compound in its place. Extra water? Who knows. Regardless, now I(we) know for sure, and you fellas don't need to waste your money on the stuff. Fair chunk of change down the drain but well worth the first hand knowledge. Thanks for reading all! Feel free to hop in the CJC DAC log, I'll be running that for many months to come." link'

His singular subjective experience<the scientific tests conducted in my link. True, it's basic science, but for the majority of individuals the basic science is more reliable. Plus, maybe it did aid in gains for him, and he merely didn't realize it or miscalculated something. That's the dilemma of subjective personal experience - it's not as complete as the scientific method pertaining to the accuracy of its results.

I don't care about muscle tears, I want to look good. If I have to fight I'll use a beer-bottle of something.

Not that it matters, so let me repeat for a 3rd time:
I don't think you're being fair, I'm here, I'm addressing your argument to the best of my abilities. Think of it as me evolving your argument with my venerable brand of counter-argumentation.

As I said, the follistatin isn't the real miracle-pill here.

Even in my OP I state that it is no miracle pill.

The adipotide is.

Are you using your sarcasm to imply that a perfect body is a fat body?

You're so facetious.

A "perfect" body is subject to opinion. But I was saying "perfect" in whatever sense you see it as.

It's collectively subjective.

In other words objective.

“When we are young we are often puzzled by the fact that each person we admire seems to have a different version of what life ought to be, what a good man is, how to live, and so on. If we are especially sensitive it seems more than puzzling, it is disheartening. What most people usually do is to follow one person's ideas and then another's depending on who looms largest on one's horizon at the time. The one with the deepest voice, the strongest appearance, the most authority and success, is usually the one who gets our momentary allegiance; and we try to pattern our ideals after him. But as life goes on we get a perspective on this and all these different versions of truth become a little pathetic. Each person thinks that he has the formula for triumphing over life's limitations and knows with authority what it means to be a man, and he usually tries to win a following for his particular patent. Today we know that people try so hard to win converts for their point of view because it is more than merely an outlook on life: it is an immortality formula.”

- Ernest Becker, The Denial of Death

Nah, it's subjective.

"Some people think (you) Brad Pitt had the "perfect" body in Troy. Others don't. Looking at him, while he greatly sculpted his upper body, his legs; while not in bad shape at all, were not as sculpted as his upper body. Some would say that the "perfect body" is "perfect" from head to toe."

You missed the point.

In that quote, what type of individual does Earnest Becker postulate to have won "our momentary allegiance"? The Dom. His look is the objective, for a time, if he were to sway the ideal look upon all who's concerned (objective).

We see this in High Schools, in Hollywood, we see it in the Olympics, we see this carved into stone by ancient civilizations, you know it to be true.

He's the archetypal place-holder.

The definitive archetype is my objective, as it should be.

I didn't "miss" the point. I sharpened it to a lethal edge. Capable of piercing gods.

I didn't actually read the quote as I don't listen to Hitler.
