Sandman vs Shocker

Who wins?

Sandman with difficulty,

Shocker can't hurt him, but Sandy can't smother him.

Shocker is one of the most underrated villains ever.

His air blasts can affect Sandman, but he'll keep reforming unless there's a perfect environment, like water or something. Yes, I'm thinking of that time when Parker used Shocker's gauntlet to blast Sandman into oblivion while they were on water. Grim Hunt?

On potential and best feats, Sandman. In a comic, who knows.

His force field was crazy powerful, hopefully he gets it back eventually
