Nyssa al Ghul vs Black Widow

Nick Fury knows that the terrorist group "The League of Assassins," are much too big of a threat to go unopposed. He send in his best agent to spy on them, hoping to use their own secrets to take them down from the inside out. Nyssa was suspicious of this new recruit from the beginning, and caught her communicating to Nick from an old abandon SHIELD bunker. A fight ensues to the death or ko, with Nyssa having her compound bow, 12 arrows, one dagger, and 2 poison darts. Black Widow has one handgun with with 6 bullets, and her wrist gauntlet stingers.

Black Widow stomps

Nyssa wins. She has a far better track record against skilled opponents.

Other than Hawkeye, I don't recall BW beating that many skilled opponents.

She fought the winter soldier, thats above anything Nyssa fought, plus she has a gun and her tech.

But she didn't beat him. Nyssa has beaten Malcolm Merlyn, and did well against Arrow until he used a trick arrow. This is not a stomp.

She fought the Winter Soldier and lost terribly. Nyssa beat Malcolm Merlyn. And this is a guy who beat Oliver and Thea together. Who can catch arrows and catch a sword swing in the middle of his palms. And Nyssa beat him.

I don't recall BW showcasing similar feats or defeating anyone with similar feats.

Ur talking about two people up against each other with almost exact same skills and powerset, one has a bow and arrow, the other has a gun and shield tech.

pretty even fight, I haven't seen anything from either that would make me believe one would decisively beat the other. Id love to take them both on at the same time tho they are gorgeous 🙂

Also let's not act like Bucky wouldn't take down Nyssa, Oliver, and Thea all at once. He's a Cap level assassin who's ruthless enough to punch holes in them with his robot arm without a second thought. Widow lasting against him isn't as much a low showing as you're trying to make it out to be.

Not only that she survived a backhand from the Hulk and went on to take down Hawkeye moments later.

Who's giving the impression that surviving against WS is a low showing? But its not like she was close to beating him or something, with the same gear Nyssa could replicate that showing against WS. Nyssa is just as skilled and arguably more some with the same kind of stats. Like I stated and some others this isn't a stomp, but Black Widow could definitely win.

Nyssa is lame.

No one is saying that. It still doesn't change the fact that other than Hawkeye, BW really hasn't beaten any other skilled combatant. Nyssa has beaten someone who has easily caught an arrow in midflight and caught a sword in mid swing.

Can she catch bullets? Because per OP, BW has a gun.

Can she survive a backhand from Hulk, then go onto take down Hawkeye?

You really need to watch Arrow one of these days.

Can BW catch arrows? Because Nyssa can kill BW as easily as the other way around. And Nyssa has pretty decent accuracy feats IIRC. Can't remember any accuracy feats from BW.

As for surviving a backhand from Hulk, we'll never know since Nyssa is DC. But let's not pretend like BW has some kind of enhanced durability or something.

She not only survived Hulk's backhand, but the encounter with TWS as well as with Chitari hand to hand. I would say she has higher durability then an average human.

BTW I watch every episode of Arrow. Its my favorite show besides Flash and Better Call Saul.

When did I suggest that? All I'm saying is that if you actually watch Arrow then you'd know that them archers are every bit as deadly (sometimes even moreso) than people with guns.

As for the durabilit feats you mentioned for BW, they all still seem to fall within human durability (at least as far as superhero movies). Heck, Oliver Queen survived a sword through the chest, no one claims he has superhuman durability.

BW is tough but she hasn't shown superhuman durability. Still waiting for you to provide feats of BW that can equal arrow or sword catching.
