But how much in-universe time has actually passed since, say, F4 #1 and F4 #600? Like 10-15 years or so? I'd say his looks are fairly consistent with his in-universe age. /shrug
I think Hickman had Val say she was 3 too. So yeah, He's apparently aged 3 years since he got powers.

Sentry has supposedly been around before any of the other heroes and hasn't seemed to have aged a single bit. If anything his beginning art had him looking older and he ended up looking younger under different artists.
I think he's supposed to *actually* not age, though...

He aged to five really quick in like ff 134.I think Hickman had Val say she was 3 too. So yeah, He's apparently aged 3 years since he got powers.
...Which means that only 6 years of in-universe time passed between 1968(his birth) and 1996(the end of the Onslaught saga/beginning of the Heroes Reborn saga.) Never realized that until now.

He aged a year in 23 years
That Franklin controlling the universe theory seems likely

Tony Stark on the other hand seems to be moving in the opposite direction, almost getting younger 😱
