He was definitely an ******* but that's about it. Most NY cops are.

He shouldn't be a police officer. I believe that was the result of this. He is no longer one or is on suspension.

Tbh this prob is a daily occurrence in the city. I lived on the Island back in the day and it was a nightmare to get pulled over. I couldn't image being black or a foreigner. Berating is something their good at. Sure wasn't manners.
