Team, IMO.

Caedus crushes the Sith Apprentices with a smile.

Team in an incredibly close battle given good teamwork. If Maul and Dooku don't work well together, Caedus will stomp.

Meh. Once Maul and Dooku GoSolo, they'll never go back...alive.

I'm actually going to back Caedus.

Dooku's form is ill-suited to deal with a fighter as relentless/fast as Caedus is. He was physically getting taxed when dealing with Anakin in ROTS, and Caedus is more skilled and powerful than Anakin was. Maul is better prepared to deal with Caedus as we've seen offensively high tier duelists at least hold their own. He can also dispatch one of them immediately with either telekinesis, illusions, or possibly even TP.

Of course probably only 6/10 or an even split at best

Caedus, he can stomp either one with the force off the bat, and neither of them is keeping up with him in sabers 1v1.

Interesting fight. Caedus wins in s great battle IMHO.

Probably Caedus. Marginally IF, as previously said, Dooku and Maul work well together. If they don't, this would be an easy win for Caedus.
