Cyke does consider himself the supreme strategist and a bit of a prep god in his own right though. He will try something.

Scott may be a good strategist, but tactics only let you use what's available. Batman has his gear and gadgets, Doom has his stupidly overpowered inventions, Oct has his inventions.. But Cyke? He doesn't have his Xmen, so what could he do?
