Tien's neo-tri beam power multiplier?

Even though it's filler, I'm still looking at it as canon. Tien is able to hold off Semi-Perfect Cell with his neo- tri beam. his power level may not be over a million at this point, yet he is able to generate enough power to push the bio-android back. That implies it could severly hurt Imperfect Cell, and maybe evn kill Frieza. This implies that Tien is one of the most brilliant martial artists in history, as he was able to create a technique far greater than the sum of his parts. What do you think the multipler for that attack was?

Filler? Didn't that scene happen in the manga?

I think he meant he was the 4th one to agree it was canon

The Tri Beam didn't hurt Cell at all. He was physically fine, just couldn't escape. Those power levels are false and non canon though.

They are false but are good estimates.

There's no way to estimate them. How can you prove that they are good estimates?

Gero and 19 were at 100,000,000 on the list. That makes a lot of sense. I never thought they'd be over Frieza, and that's why Gero was so cocky. He assumed Goku would only be of a power level 9,000 plus with maybe 90,000 max.

But those power levels are non canon as well as far as I remember.
