Force storm...canon?

One of Palpatine's moves in Galactic Defense, is Force storm? Its not the hyperspace wormhole/bullshit is it?

There is lultiples form of force storm.. I is the upper version of lightnings or the upper version of alter envirnoment or the mastery of pure force energy....
(Like Kun beam but in more powerfull....)
