Assuming the Predator isn't hiding in some building like a coward waiting for Dredd to find him and it's a face-off style duel, Urban-Dredd wins.

Not a face-off style duel. Pred wins easily

camou mode/laser from distance for the easy win

don't recall if dredd had the ability to see heat signatures using his helmet so pred could conceivably go camou mode, walk up from behind and gut dredd

urban dredd may of had infared not sure though

Predator is Dredd s' worst nightmare.
