I keep hearing about this instance of Power Girl getting knocked back a galaxy away or something, can someone please cite this so I can check it out myself?

Current Wonderman is trapped inside Rogue. So I'm guessing what you are trying to say is this is Rogue with Wonderman powers. With that said, she could win via absorption.
