Driving while Porn ticket

Nothing I detest more than going to Walmart or a a park and some butthead has rap hip hop at a high volume from their car with all sorts of profanity and thug songs wanted to beat someone up and silly stuff. But it is legal.

What were to happen if someone put in a porn audio cd and had the volume up? Would they get a ticket? I suppose you would want to make sure you were not driving near a school, church, park or Walmart.

But then again it does not stop rap nonesense being played loudly.

Honestly it is illegal to "bump" your stereo. It's just not enforced.

So I can blast "Crying Like A Bytch" by Godsmack or "Down With The Sickness" by Disturbed in a school zone because they're not rap songs. Because only rap has violence in it's lyrics.

It'd be one thing if you condemned all music for being blasted, but singling out rap makes you seem racist. Just sayin'

I have a similar grip with videogames. Is ok if kids play all sort of extremely violent games, dehumanizing games even, but if there are naked boobs, or sex lots of people will make big fuss about it.

imho rap (among other genres of digitally enhanced subwoofer-busting music) gets special scrutiny partly because many artists engineer their music for sustained maximum low-frequency output, which carries way further and is far more prominent. you just can't create nearly the same wall-penetrating noise radius with rock/metal/blues/jazz/funk anything instrumental.

The walmarts where I live have way to many trailers and campers out for weeks. Who gives a ****.

TBH I have heard of hate rock songs, but not in public. And have not heard of Godsmack or Disturbed or all of the other hate lyrcis songs out there, although I suppose if I was looking for them I could find it.

Point is though, I doubt anybody would crank up the tunes and be proud of those shameful types of songs, albeit it can be considered art.

As far as the liberal progressives embracing rap and hip hop as an art form, funny how when white or other than black recording artists do that or take it to another level, all of a sudden they are considered a hate group. But black rappers hip hoppers are considered artistes. Lmao.

Fairly certain hate is hate, no matter the color or gender and ethnicity.

Some cities have noise standards which will result in a citation if you get caught/exceed a certain level.

Not very many cities have these ordinances. One Youtube video I saw was about a city that had a measuring device and if a car exceeded a certain level (or motorcycle), a camera took a picture of their vehicle similar to a stop-light camera. That's pretty dang awesome/hilarious. As a person that worked overnights who detested immature douches who thought it was awesome to drag race in their shitty modded cars at 2AM or 10AM, it would be nice if more cities had those. Automatically getting cited for breaking the law is kind of funny to me...

blasting porn whilst driving or even just parking and blasting it seems weird, pretty sure it would come under some kind of law relaing to subjective pornography or something. blasting out heavy sexist/Racist rap just makes you look like a bogan with no teeth

Never seen anyone pulled over for a loud radio before or even heard of it. Maybe hearing porn will get the police to pull someone over. They might think they'll get lucky. Hope they won't shoot anyone over it, though.
