The combination of her combat skills and her powers also allowed her to defeat someone who is a legitimate speedster. Vader used force choke in the movies on people who had absolutely no way to defend themselves. Storm has big arsenal of things she can do, and her main offensive power, electricity, is probably Cyborg Vader's greatest vulnerability.
Not saying she wins but, despite the fact that I utterly despise movie Storm, she has exactly the kind of powerset needed to fight Vader. So she should be able to at least pose a good fight, if not exactly win. So people saying Vader beats her easily should re-evaluate all her feats.
Edit: Just saw it's Storm from X2. But she should still be able to use her tornado summoning power levels to pose a challenge to Vader, and can still shoot lightning, though I don't remember how fast she was in X2.

Creed wasn't trying to kill her instantly, he was toying with her. He easily could have crushed her neck (not to mention puncture her throat with his claws).
Neither was Vader using his full power in the video you posted.
We have seen Vader force crush medical droids and equipment at the end of Ep III. Metal > Human Neck.

The point of that was to show that she can still use her powers while under physical duress, like being choked out. Some people made it sound like the moment she started choking it'd be over.
As to Vader, I have addressed this in another thread before. Yes, he crushes some droids and tanks indiscriminately, in a fit of rage. Yet every time we see him apply force choke it requires more focus. Which indicates that feats of fine control require more concentration than feats of brute lashing out. Which does make sense, if you think about it. I will use the same example I used last time. Which would require more skill and focus? Sniping someone, or spraying bullets at them, hoping for a hit? Making a scalpel-like incision in a small area, or causing a wide bloody gash? That's how it comes across to me personally, but it is up for interpretation I guess.
I think Vader would be better suited to a lightsaber throw. Storm hasn't quite shown the level of wind control her comic version has. So I think a force-and-cyborg-strength-fueled lightsaber throw could possibly catch her out.
Honestly, if this was X3 Storm I would give it to her hands down. Lightning moves at 3700 miles per second. And X3 Storm could fire it instantly, easily and continuously. And we know electricity royally screws up Vader's suit's systems. Even if Vader gets force grip going, the moment that charge hits him he is going to be in a world of trouble.
But being X2, I am unsure, because I can't really recall most of Storm's feats. Haven't watched the movie in years. I do remember her taking out jets with friggin' tornadoes though.
So not sure who wins really. For round 2 at least.
Round 1 should go to Vader, as X2 Storm isn't as quick on the draw as she is by X3, IIRC.

so.. you have forgotten when Vader was sitting down and force chokes while looking at a guy from the view screen...
point being Vader doesn;t have to physically look at Storm to choke her arse out while she has to physically look at him in the hope of her power striking him
Also, why would either of them be looking anywhere else in anyways, when they are busy battling each other? It's not like either Vader or Storm are randomly going to start staring at a wall, halfway through the fight. Both are experienced combatants, so their focus is going to be solely on each other, because neither of them is stupid enough to give the other one such an obvious opening.
