She seemed to be an annoying shit. however you're free to record as long as you're in public, the officers are in public, and you aren't interfering with official police business. So he was completely in the wrong.
Now he's soured the US Marshal service for me and I just got done with the series finale of Justified.

If she was a guy, Raylan probably would have punched her on the grounds that she had something to do with taking those guys down.
In all 6 seasons though he's never just done something to an innocent bystander that I can recall.
I am wondering if all of this new police coverage is going to change anything, or just make it worse, and its the police/goverment way of showing they can pretty much do anything they want, even if caught on camera, and now, guess what, if its caught on camera, well take your camera and destroy it.
Funny enough, the guy looks like Walter White though.

Pretty sure he hit Loretta's boyfriend when he annoyed him.
The government has going too far lately. This is just one example. On the radio the other day I heard the government has the ability to delete tv shows from our "on demand" inbox or whatever. As in, if you have comcast or something with on demand and you begin watching an episode, and you stop halfway through, normally you can come back later and continue right where you left off. The government can apparently not only delete your episode, but remove the episode entirely, from everyone's access.
That is..I don't know, messed up.
