I also think Sarro would be smart enough to deduce that the Inquisitor's weapon is actually really shitty, like Kanan eventually did. He's clearly very well trained and a budding weapons master. He wouldn't be intimidated by it.

Sarro's combination of strength* and skill should prove too much. It seems quite clear he was second only to Raskta.

So yea, the Inquisitor should be no match for him.
