A Cheryl Cummings or Lovelace

Anyone know who this might be? I kept running into from January until about a couple of weeks ago. She would park next to me and when I went to Walmart and went back to my car, her car would be in the parking lot, when it was not there when I pulled in. A red Ford Focus with Florida plates K70 9EP. Not sure why I kept running into this person and have notified the sheriff, though the person is just a creeper that does not say anything. I was able to locate a FB page on her. I guess until she does something more than just show up a judge can not do much as to determine just what is she is up to.

Any suggestions?
