I have seen other people use Thor off screen feats to do the same thing.

No its not, the Op specified MOS Superman and Imp has ruled that if a specific movie is mentioned in the op, only feats from that one movie are usable.

Meaning those people tried to use them and were not allowed but they wanted to use them anyways.

It doesn't really change anything wether its used or not.

It means the feat isn't usable.

I didn't say anything about punching, Thor's charged hammer shots hit harder than anything Superman showed in MOS.

I just said that that the feat was not usable.

His charged hammer strikes are not his average showings.

What's your point?

His high end showings are not his average showings with the hammer.

Clarks average strength/punching showings are above Thors with the hammer.

Thor's hardest hits with the hammer non charged didn't put Kurse, Ironman or Hulk down.
