Speculation on Dr. Cylo-IV from Star Wars: Darth Vader

So this doctor with the grafted Rodian left eye. He was the one responsible for supplying the Emperor with replacements for Vader. He's dead. What of his creations. Are they some bio-engineered monstrosity creatures that can weild lightsabers? Maybe existing Inquisitors modified by biotechnology?

Shall find out when Vader confronts them, hopefully it shall be an awesome fight.

He probably kills them in that single issue as the covers for 6 and 7 look like he's moved on to bigger and better things.
