AotC Windu vs Aotc Dooku "This party's over"

Instead of facing to fight the super battle droids, Mace beheads Jango and engages Dooku while the other Jedi deal with the droids. Who wins this fight to the death?

Stipulations:

Mace gets no help from other Jedi, Dooku gets no help from droids/Geonosians.

We know from past sparring sessions that these two are pretty evenly matched...how would this have gone down?

Either way in sabers, but Dooku's faster and more powerful. He wins a small majority.

Dooku since Mace is afraid of using Vaapad. After events from Haruun Kal, Mace is about equal to Dooku, but still I would give Dooku a very small edge.

Windu engages Dooku, but their duel is cut short when the true champion of the Jedi jumps up and blitzes Dooku. And that champion is...
