In regards to the thread, IMO only celestial entities (aka the ones) can blitz Vitiate.

Aside from the space gods i don't see anyone outright blitzing.

Vitiate vs Revan was moments long IIRC so he can't be slow by any means, posessing the Sixth Line Commamder showed his ability to school Lana Beniko.

HoT killing a Vitiate (whom just died and had his Children being killed constantly), in a prolonged battle is no display of inability on the Emperor's part.
