A. Gutts sword will slice through Inuyasha's sword like butter. It's a cursed blade very effective at demon slaying and has already reached a stage where it can injure godhand members. Since the tessaiga is a demon sword, the instant it clashes with the dragonslayer, it'll break.
B. The black tetsaiga is really the only things Gutts has to worry about, but in light of the above point, any sword clash is going to result in Inuyasha's death, so it's not a big deal.
C. Same outcome, maybe in more in Gutts favor since Inuyasha would be even more suscepitble got Gutt's dragonslayer.
Gutts has been besting Inuyasha tier opponents throughout much of the manga. His sword slashes are strong enough to dissipate a powerful tornado. There's nothing Inuyasha can do that he can't handle. Black tetsaiga is the only chance.

Um... No. Tessaiga is made from the tooth of Inuyasha's father. Purifying, or even mystical offenses from priests can't scratch it, unless they are more powerful than Inuyasha himself.
Gutts is not. IIRC, Ryukotsu was capable of destroying entire armies of demons with a wave of his hands, and even ruling the entire world in days, if he wished. Not to mention that he had mountain level attacks, that he could casually dish out, that Inuyasha dealt with.
Meido Tessaiga would be WAY too much for Gutts to deal with. Granted, I'm not extremely familiar with him or his series, but from what I know of him, he can't stand up to Inuyasha's sheer strength, and destructive capacity. Not sure how he'd do in terms of speed, but Inuyasha has outran lightning before.
