Healing factors and immortality are cheats. They compromise the very idea of toughness in the traditional sense.

Personally, I'd go with one of the higher-end Viltrumites like Invincible, Omni-Man, Thragg, or Conquest. They are able to continue fighting even after they sustain massive amounts of physical damage.
