Sirak gets destroyed within seconds by anyone he fights (Vao might have issues), Sazen and Koth can at least hold Alema or Secura long enough for Kolar to deal with Aayla or Vao and kill them in short order.
If Talon or Alema can kill Koth and Sirak faster than Agen wastes his opponents, the Twi'leks might have a shot.

Vao is not gonna have issues with Sirak. He's stalemated Maladi (implied to be near Nihl's level), stalemated Talon, and Draco and Ganner discussed whether or not Vao may be stronger than them (!).
I mean, to put the legacy two against each other, I think he'd have an edge on Sazen. Sazen gets a bit more one-on-one fights, granted, but implied and all.

Maladi doesn't have as much info as the rest of the inner circle so it's hard to talk about her precise level as much, but she does have Memory Walk sorcery for offense, good tk (managed to break free from Skywalker's memory walk and escape thanks to it), was able to hold off Shado mostly with lightning...
