Not sure who wins though, anything could happen. Except from Zannah winning, of course.

How do you figure Krayt is more skilled than Exar?

Because Cade's probably closer to Exar/Maul level than Krayt.

Anyone else?

Hm probably number 10 barely that guy can't do anything without his precious amulets and rituals. I don't get how he is in the top 10. He's a wimp.

Close enough and powerful enough to be on this list.

Zannah's the only one who fairly definitely won't win. Everyone else has a shot.

I'd say probably not Exar- I mean, for his fame and undeniable skill with a saber, he never actually outskilled a top-tier duelist, he out-powered Vodo and simply beat down his guard. Exar's not going to do the same to Vader, Malgus, or Krayt, who are all very strong. Though his multi-weapon means he's also one of the better suited to defend himself early on when there's multiple foes around, so he's not likely to lose to a teamup either.
