okay so after watching winter soldier on foxtel i can now say

GO SUCK A FAT D*CK quan, rogers best speed feats where taking down the mercenaries under the freeway and ontop of the helicarriers. Blades speed feats absolutely rek with a capital T (rekT) winter soldiers
