Depends where you rank SSJG Goku in comparison to SSJ4 Goku, as the latter was powerful enough to bypass/override a wish from Ult. Shenron. Anyone weaker than SSJ4 Goku would still be subject to Shenron's magic, however.
...Unless, of course, Godly ki grants immunity to the Dragons all together. Meh...
Here are some questions.
Was SSJG mode a one time thing and is no longer needed since Goku now has control over godly ki?
Or is it something he can go back to?
And if he can where does it stand to this new SSGSS mode?
Just seems confusing because in his fight with Beerus he had already absorbed the godly ki and still he transformed into that state under extreme stress.

Only slightly weaker at worst, I'd say
SSGSS seems more like a perfected Saiyan God form than an actual power-up
