Dart (Legend of Dragoon) vs Cloud (FFVII)

Dragoon Form is allowed.

Cloud can use Omnislash or whatever other moves he has.

Pretty sure Cloud though LoD is one of my favorite games of all time.

In Base Form, Dart would lose to Cloud, but in Dragoon form, I think Sephiroth is a better match.
