In documented confrontations, I recall only Lord Draahg overwhelming Vowrawn with use of Force Drain powers. And even in this case, Vowrawn managed to prevent disintegration attempt on him with his defensive abilities throughout the duration of confrontation between Draahg and Emperor's Wrath.

And keep in mind that Draahg was among the most powerful Sith of the Empire.

Also Darth Xedrix also got stomped by Scourge. Dark Councilors are on the council by virtue of politics and intelligence not by power alone.

Meaning being on the Dark Council does not automatically make you Dooku level. Just like being on the Jedi Council doesn't make you Mace Windu level.

Hard to speak for the first 3, but Vos definitely gets beaten down by the last 3.

Dark Council differs from Jedi High Council in the matters of positions and how they are obtained. For Dark Council, power and accomplishments are important factors to obtain a position. Even if a Sith somehow becomes a Dark Council member, he isn't going to last long if he is weak due to massive competition.

In case of the Jedi High Council, being an exemplary Jedi is more important then being a powerful Force-user to obtain a position. And Jedi High Council members don't have to worry about losing seats to competition and backstabbing. This is why some of the most powerful Jedi are not usually Jedi High Council members.

Any of them beat him.

Bounty Hunters are not to be underestimated, they rely on surprise tactics, heavy armor, and impressive firepower to level the playing field. They are bounty hunters for a reason. As an example, Jango Fett was a bounty hunter and he killed many Jedi.

And yet during the Clone Wars its blatantly stated that the Council is made up of some of the greatest blademasters in the order. Which is true.

My point isn't that Dark Council members aren't powerful only that being on the Dark Council doesn't automatically mean you are supremely powerful. There are plenty on the Council who are obviously there by virtue of political influence. I.e. Vowrawn, Xedrix. So stop wanking Councilors solely on the virtue of them being Councilors. 'Dark Council' isn't an accolade in itself.
