panther wasn't taking that fight seriously. The book itself was stating that both of their hearts were breaking and midway through, panther gave up and began kissing her before she suckered punched him. I'll see if I can't find you a few good examples of his skill to change your opinion.

We KNOW how good Frank is. We've seen him go h2h with top tier fighters, many of whom are amped in some way, as well as criminals of most every level.
BP, his pure unamped h2h skill is a matter of conjecture.

He's had good fights with DD but I also recall several times in which he got destroyed.

sorry I took so much time getting these feats. I went through his respect thread and gathered most of his showings of skill. I don't think that I need t prove that panther is smarter and more tactical than frank, so I'll just show all of the scans related to how he's more agile/a better martial artist than frank.

Black Panther vs White Wolf again. This time Black Panther is without his enhancements. Beats him just as easily. Black panther also shows off some decent strength in the end when he picks white wolf up and starts smacking him against the wall effortlessly and also holds him with 1 hand by the neck. Again Black panther isn't enhanced here...

Black Panther vs some hand ninjas, Lady Bullseye and Typhoid Mary. Black Panther is unenhanced here and protecting an innocent. When he is fighting the hand ninjas he doesn't seem to have a lot of room to maneuver and they were only there to tire him out. He then dodges Lady Bullseye and Typohid Mary and escapes with a technique sly shamens use. Also shows off some nice speed when he moves at a blur on that 1 scan towards the end, shows some reflexes when he catches Lady Bullseyes sword.

Unenhanced Black Panther vs Kraven (Sergei) round two. Kraven is the worlds greatest hunter in the Marvel universe and has held his own or beaten the likes of Spider-man, Venom and Daredevil. And Black Panther goes toe to toe with him...Sort of. Kraven does seem to be relying on brains powers here. But despite this black panther takes the upper hand. All though the fight is far from over.

Black Panther (unenhanced) vs his uncle Syan. His uncle at the time was black panther so he must have had some skills yet black panther won and made it look easy despite his uncle being enhanced while T'challa was not enhanced.

it was during/after Doomwar. After he made the processed vibranium inert, he left wakanda in shura's care and let her become the new black panther. Apparently in order to become enhanced by the hsh, you have to be recognized as the black panther. Honestly, my memory's a little hazy, so you might wanna look it up yourself.

NT wasn't exactly a pushover in his tier of combatants, he just wasn't on BP's level just like Frank isn't.

No point at all.

Also, the mini BP respect thread is great and all, but i can link a Punisher respect thread that will show him taking ungodly damage and still killing room fulls (rooms full?) of opponents.
