who do you consider would be luke's successor as grand master "after he dies"?

Kenth Hamner, then Saba Sebatyne took up the mantle of Grand Master after Luke was exiled.

What about after he dies though bc didnt he come back to the order after the defeat of abeloth ?

Whoever is heir to the Grandmaster throne. It's a hereditary title now. Meritocracy and consent of the grandmaster'd don't count anymore. Only blood relation.
