Yeah, Oneness is definitely something Luke can just turn on and off whenever he needs to. It's just that easy. Nothing special at all.

It is something Luke can turn on and off as needed. Anakin could've done that too, had he not turned dark and gotten all his limbs chopped off.

Now, granted, it's a 'Godzilla Threshold' power, and Luke doesn't do it frivolously, but he can do it at need.
