One can only speculate about sabers but Plagueis definitely wins force and all out.

I think there's some argument to be made on Anakin's warrior specialization vs Plagueis's overall superiority.

Assuming this is the Dooku Slayer on the Invisible Hand, I think Anakin can take sabers...but that's about it.

Annie wins sabers, loses the others.

Anakin wins sabers.

Plagues wins the force.

Anakin will definitely be able to match plagues for a while in the force as by this time his potential is basically limitless. With that I'd say plagues would eventually win using lightning or TK.

All out I'd give to plagues.
