the reboot follows the canon of the originals. while characters may gain/lose feats due to the altering of the timeline and events within, the botany bay, khan, and crew remains unaffected.
when you wiki-chimp 'botany bay' you'll learn that it was the ship khan and crew were originally discovered frozen within, which is consistant with both storylines...since its the same canon.
so i essentially put ricardo vs ricardo/cumberback vs cumberbach, and you look like a total fool once again 🙂.
