I actually think Aquaman and Mera could handle Storm. They seem tough enough to be able to deal with any storm conditions found on earth, and Mera's abilities could probably mess with some of Storm's. Storm's flight is a issue.
Iceman is a real problem though, because unlike Storm he could go to absolute zero and his physical form is hard to put down. Does Aquaman still use his TP on people? If so that could work. The other possibility is Mera's water control could have some effect or at least partially counter him.
Leaning toward T2 unless Aquaman's TP can take Iceman out of the game.
