Prime The Father vs Prime Luke Skywalker

Greatest force weilder

If the father in his prime is known to to be more powerful than Abeloth and his children combined, and is known to be the balance of the force, and also the most powerful being the universe has ever seen, and Lucas says that Luke is the greatest force weilder that there ever has been and ever will be and has incredible feats of his own, who is the greater of the two.

Prime The Father or Prime Luke Skywalker.

Pure force battle no lightsaber even though it wouldn't help Luke anyway.

The Father pretty much stomps.

The Father is above Force Wielders, Luke in his prime is the greatest of Force Wielders, but this would be mortal ones. The Father is above that.

Luke, awesome as he is, isn't quite a celestial. Though what he'd be like on Mortis, and how much of his father's power he can achieve in such a circumstance is unknown.

The Father, obviously.

What an unnecessary thread tbh.

Well...there is another way to look at the thread. Who's had more impact on the world of Star Wars? Father, for all his power, basically sat on his butt on Mortis and tried to keep his kids from killing each other. Luke...changed the universe. Drastically.

Power isn't everything.

He technically guarded the galaxy for like a million years bro.

Luke didn't even change the galaxy drastically.

Now, please close this ridiculous thread.

Luke would need a pretty ridiculous state of oneness to even hold a candle to The Father

Yup. Pretty much this.

Theoretically, he guarded the galaxy. In actual practice...the lives of sentient beings don't seem to be all that affected by his presence...or absence.

Isn't that the point, though? If not for him, his children would have wrecked the galaxy. The lack of an impact, in this case, is the impact.

I'm pretty sure we established that the Father doesn't say they would have wrecked the galaxy, actually.

I don't take the hype seriously but its clear that the galaxy would suffer a lot if they were exposed to the conflicts amongst the Ones. The Father prevented that for a very long time and didn't enjoy it one bit.

Hmm...

"And a prison. You cannot imagine what pain it is to have such love for your children… and realize that they could tear the very fabric of our universe."

Long ago, the Ones withdrew from the galaxy to avoid ruining it with their Force powers.

'K, so maybe The Father doesn't say it, but the UVG: UE says they would ruin the galaxy. So, either way, they're wrecking something.

The Father in his prime protected his children from Abeloth and pulled her out of the water with TK.

Luke in his prime and Oneness got slammed into the ground by Abeloth.

Prime Father undoubtedly.
