Yep. Stop at 7. No one being can take Caedus and Plagueis at once. And no one being can take FOTJ Luke either.

Might even lose at 6, definitely 7 though.

Stop at 7. Sidious could defeat Caedus and plagues individually but combine them. Even if he could hold them off yoda would have to fight Luke and he would be beaten and then palaptine would also be beaten.

Stops at 7, possibly not 6. Luke isn't beating Palpatine along with Plagueis, though.
